1. Cancellation Policy:

   a. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation.

   b. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost.

   c. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Reschedule Policy:

   a. Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours'       notice, subject to availability.

   b. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be accommodated, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

   c. Excessive rescheduling requests may result in a rescheduling fee or a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

 

3. No Show Policy:

   a. A "no-show" is defined as a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.

   b. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost of the missed service.

   c. After two consecutive no-show incidents, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments and require prepayment for any further bookings.
