Entry
Upon arrival, you will be greeted and checked in by our receptionist. All required forms will be reviewed and processed for your stylist to prepare for your service. Beverages and snack will be offered to you.
Cancellation
We have a 2 day cancellation policy to avoid a 100% charge. No-shows will also be charged full price. Services are transferrable if given ample time to transfer appointment to another date.
Consultation
All hair loss treatment, color and Extension services require a consultation that is prior to their service. Same day services are not available for these services. Please contact us with any questions.
Payment
We do accept cash payments at our location. However, we prefer contactless payment and a credit card must be on file to schedule, along with a deposit.
Inclusion & Exclusion
Each of our salon services includes a wash. We are a holistic hair loss treatment facility, scalp health is paramount to healthy hair growth. To ensure the quality of our service, we do not service clients with extensions installed outside of our salon.
Late Policy
We respect our clients’ time, therefore we can only allow a 10-minute late grace period to stay on time. After that, the appointment will be cancelled and the full price of the scheduled service will be charged. After 2 cancellations due to tardiness, you will no longer be serviced.
Color & Extensions
A consultation and strand test are required for all new color and extension service clients. During this time we discuss how and if we can achieve your desired results.
